KillerUp and Friends

 My favorite time of the week is when we head out on the trails.  Friends.  Mountains. The great outdoors.  I love the hard of the hills.  I mean, some of this is up.  Not everyone can do it and it takes an effort to get there.  I love the beauty of whatever the trail may bring.

Race Predictor?

 Well, it’s May 1st.  So new beginnings.  KillerUp is done for the year.  I have a couple of races coming.  Again, I find myself searching for consistency and the feeling that I’m strong.  Something I’ve yet to feel in a very long time.

I’m not thinking this is quite true.  At the 5k specifically, it’s a nope…I’m not that fast.  Time to work.
